NFPA® Rescue Academy
Where families compete with each other in fire and police vehicles to be the first to put out a simulated “blaze” and save the day. Fire Drill! Take control of your fire truck or police vehicle and race to put out the fire.
- The minimum rider height is 34 inches.
- Guests below 48 inches in height must be accompanied by a responsible rider 14 years or older.
- LEGO City Firefighters are hard at work training in the morning and will open the doors to new recruits at 11 a.m.
Ford Jr. Driving School
A pint-size version of the driving school course for children ages 3 through 5. A practice course for even the youngest drivers! Kids take control at the Jr. Ford Driving School, where they weave in and out on this oval course to earn a LEGOLAND Driver’s license.

Ford Driving School
A “real-life” driving experience for children ages 6 through 13, where kids receive their official LEGOLAND driver’s license. Beep, Beep, Beep! In LEGO City, little brick lovers can pretend to be police officers, firefighters, taxi drivers, or any other type of motorist they like! Show off your driving skills with a personalized LEGOLAND Driver’s License from the Driving School Store before hitting the open road.
Flying School – Closed and under construction
A suspended steel coaster that lets kids experience the thrill of flight Prepare for takeoff! Climb aboard this suspended coaster, take flight into the LEGOLAND skies, and soar through the clouds!
- Children must be at least 44″
- Guests below 52 inches in height must be accompanied by a responsible rider of this height or taller.
- Maximum rider height is 6′ 5″
- Flight attendants need to run through the pre-flight checklist each day! Boarding for this attraction begins at 11:00 a.m.
Coast Guard Academy
All aboard this fun-filled ride that allows kids to captain their own mini-vessels. All aboard as you captain your own boat and put your navigating abilities to the test as you voyage across calm waters to your ultimate port of call on these fun-filled LEGO-inspired boats!
