Every 2026 Christmas Bricktacular date

Christmas Bricktacular begins the weekend before Thanksgiving. It returns for the weekend after Thanksgiving, then runs on weekends through mid-December. Starting December 18, the event takes place each day through January 3. That long final stretch is easy to match with a school break. It also falls within the busiest part of the holiday travel season.

MonthEvent dates
November 2026Saturday, Nov. 21; Sunday, Nov. 22; Friday, Nov. 27; Saturday, Nov. 28; Sunday, Nov. 29
December 2026Dec. 5–6, 12–13 and every day from Dec. 18 through Dec. 31

The park says Theme Park hours on event dates are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Schedules can change. Check the official LEGOLAND Florida hours again shortly before your visit. The daily show schedule will matter too. Exact 2026 showtimes and the drone show time have not been posted yet.

Three new experiences change the 2026 event

LEGO Santa takes flight in a new drone show

The biggest addition is a Christmas drone show featuring LEGO Santa. The story starts with guests making LEGO carrots to help fuel the reindeer. Then Santa takes flight in the sky. The lighted drones give the day a true nighttime finish.

Plan to stay through closing if the drone show is a priority. Weather can affect outdoor shows. Use the resort app or posted daily schedule for the final show time and any update.

The resort’s first rap battle show

LEGOLAND Florida is also adding its first rap battle show. The park calls it family fun. It has not shared the show name, cast, length or daily times. Families who want to see every live show should read the day-of schedule before picking meal times.

An interactive light trail with LEGO building

The new light trail mixes bright displays with brick-building. It should work well for children who need a quiet break after several rides. The lights also give families one more reason to save part of the park for after sunset.

LEGO Santa, characters and the best holiday photo stops

LEGO Santa leads the character lineup. LEGO Nutcracker, LEGO Gingerbread Man and LEGO Holiday Elf Ivy join him. Character greetings run at set times, so check the daily program when you arrive. If one character is a must-see, plan the rest of the afternoon around that time.

The brick-built displays are great for photos too. The Christmas tree stands more than 30 feet tall and is covered in lights. Families can sit inside a life-size LEGO sleigh beside two brick-built reindeer. They can also pose inside a giant LEGO wreath. Visit in daylight for easier family photos. Return after dark if you want the lights in the background.

Shows and activities between the rides

Festival of Flurries returns with winter music, dancers and LEGO Snowman. The Holly Hype Dance Party puts LEGO Reindeer Girl and her elf team in charge of the music. Both let children move and play without adding another ride line to the day.

Holiday building stations add another easy stop. Families can make festive LEGO models together. The 2026 story also asks guests to build magical carrots for the reindeer. Keep these activities in mind when a child needs time out of the sun. They can also fill time while a sibling waits for a nearby ride.

Seasonal food is coming, but the menu is still under wraps

LEGOLAND Florida has confirmed special minifigure-inspired food and drinks for Christmas Bricktacular. The full 2026 menu, locations and prices are not out yet. If a holiday treat matters to your family, check the app after you enter. Look for event signs before you pick a meal elsewhere.

The park allows guests to bring their own food, snacks and plastic water bottles. That can help with picky eaters or food needs. Restaurant hours and menus can vary. Some counters may close before the 7 p.m. park close.

Is Christmas Bricktacular included with admission?

Yes. Christmas Bricktacular does not need a separate after-hours ticket. Regular Theme Park admission includes the holiday events on listed dates. That is good value for families who already planned a LEGOLAND day. The rides, shows and Christmas fun share one admission.

Ticket offers change through the year. Compare current choices in our LEGOLAND Florida discount ticket guide before buying. Families thinking about more than one visit can also read about the 2027 Annual Pass offer that includes the rest of 2026.

Preferred, Premium, Gold Season and Elite passes include all Christmas Bricktacular dates. Bronze, Silver and Standard passes can have blockout dates. Check the official pass blockout calendar for your pass before you pick a date.

December 31 adds an early New Year’s Eve celebration

December 31 is both a Christmas Bricktacular date and Kids’ New Year’s Eve. The New Year’s event has rides, activities, live music, an early countdown and brick-bursting fireworks. Children get the fun without waiting until midnight. General park tickets and vacation packages include it. Only select Annual Passes are valid.

If fireworks matter more than avoiding holiday crowds, December 31 is the clear pick. Families focused on the drone show and Christmas fun may find an earlier weekend easier. Read the official Kids’ New Year’s Eve page before you choose that date.

A holiday hotel stay adds activities outside the park

The resort’s three LEGO-themed hotels add their own holiday fun. Stays include a pajama dance party and themed rooms with a separate children’s sleep area. An in-room hunt brings a LEGO surprise on arrival day. LEGOLAND Hotel and Pirate Island Hotel sit steps from the Theme Park entrance. That makes a midday nap or clothing change easy. LEGOLAND Beach Retreat has bungalows across the road.

An overnight stay can help families with young children who may tire before the night show. It also helps anyone pairing the Theme Park with SEA LIFE Florida. Our LEGOLAND Hotel NINJAGO room guide shows what one of the newer room themes is like.

How to plan a full Christmas Bricktacular day

  1. Arrive before the 10 a.m. opening. Use the first part of the day for priority rides, especially if you are visiting on a weekend or during school break.
  2. Read the daily schedule before walking deep into the park. Mark the character greetings and live shows your children care about. Exact 2026 times are still pending.
  3. Take major family photos while everyone is fresh. The LEGO wreath, sleigh and Christmas tree are easier to revisit after dark if you also want lights in the background.
  4. Use building activities as recovery time. They can break up ride queues without removing the holiday theme from the day.
  5. Keep the final hours open. The light trail and drone show need darkness, so an early exit would miss the biggest additions.
  6. Pack for changing temperatures. Central Florida winter days can feel warm in the sun and cool quickly after dark. Bring light layers, comfortable walking shoes, water and sun protection.
  7. Have a weather backup. Use indoor attractions, shops or a meal if a brief shower moves through, then check the app for entertainment updates.

Is the 2026 event worth planning around?

For families already interested in LEGOLAND Florida, yes. The event adds plenty to do without a second ticket. The 7 p.m. close gives the light trail and drone show time to shine. Children who love characters and building may enjoy the holiday program as much as another round of rides.

Treat Christmas Bricktacular as a full park day with a nighttime finish. Arrive early and do top rides first. Fit shows and greetings into the afternoon. Save the last part of the evening for lights and LEGO Santa in the sky.

LEGOLAND Florida may add showtimes, food details and park updates before opening day. Bookmark the official 2026 Christmas Bricktacular page. Check it again before you leave home.
