LEGOLAND Florida New Years Eve 2026 brings the party forward so kids can join in and still get to bed. Kids’ New Year’s Eve takes place on Thursday, December 31, 2026. Expect live music, family activities and fireworks to welcome 2027 early.
The event is part of general park admission, vacation packages and select Annual Passes. December 31 is also a Christmas Bricktacular date. That means you can spend the day on rides and Christmas fun before the night ends with a bang.
What happens at LEGOLAND Florida New Years Eve 2026?
The official Kids’ New Year’s Eve event has live music, a New Year’s countdown and a fireworks show. You can enjoy rides and play time during the day at the Winter Haven park.
The early finish is the draw for families with young children. You get to count down together and watch the sky light up, all before midnight. If your child tends to fade after dinner, leave room for a quiet break before the show.

Check your ticket or pass for December 31
You don’t need a separate party ticket for Kids’ New Year’s Eve. Choose a park ticket valid for December 31. If you’ve booked a hotel package, check which park days it covers. Our LEGOLAND Florida discount ticket guide can help you weigh up the choices before you book.
If you have an Annual Pass, check your pass type against the official blockout calendar. The event is part of select passes, but some passes won’t get you in on that date. Check each person’s pass before you make plans for the group.
Christmas Bricktacular adds more to the day
December 31 is part of Christmas Bricktacular 2026. See the park’s Christmas decor, try a LEGO build and stop for a holiday snack between rides. This year’s event also adds a light trail with hands-on fun and a new rap battle show.
One date detail could help you choose when to go. LEGO Santa’s Holiday Light Spectacular drone show runs on December 5, 12 and 19–30. December 31 isn’t on that drone-show schedule. Pick New Year’s Eve for the countdown and fireworks. If you want to see the drones, choose one of the listed dates.
Use the official Christmas Bricktacular page to check each part of the event. Some holiday activities have their own dates, so don’t assume every part of the Christmas lineup runs on December 31.
Build in breaks before the countdown
For a full park day, start with the rides your kids care about most. Save time for LEGO play and a slower meal later. You don’t have to squeeze in every ride before the fireworks. MINILAND USA gives you a change of pace, with LEGO models to spot as you stroll.
Keep a warm layer handy for the evening and bring hearing protection if your child finds fireworks loud. Take a restroom break before you find a place to watch, and agree on where to meet if your group gets split up. Those small jobs are easier before the crowd gathers.
Check the official park calendar and that day’s show times before you go. Use them to plan when to arrive and where to watch the countdown. Follow the December 31 schedule rather than a show time from a past year.
